“Why aren’t you going to Indiana?”

Thats been the question of the week! First, I last minute got a better offer - which meant staying closer to home & being able to continue to work at Advent [my home 🏥 for 11 years] occasionally instead of being away for three months!

But the real important reasons are below ⬇️

📸: 2-3 These three little twerps - my nieces and nephew! I just don’t wanna miss anything 🥹

📸: 4 GMA Jane - while she is def doing better being in the nursing home, she is sassy as ever & [they take great care of her], she is 87 my last grandparent 🧡

📸: 5 Birdie! The girl is old & has 170k miles & needs some repairs! I don’t want to be hours away & have to deal with car probs! 🚙

📸: 6 Him - although we have been apart for three months at a time since we started dating, I’m excited to be closer so he can deal with my craziness 👀

📸: 7-8 Back home family & Florida family - enough said on that 🤗

📸: 9 Getting to work with this girl for our second contract - & this time not making her ski from the top with me since we are staying in Kansas 👩🏼‍⚕️🎿

📸: 10 While I felt I could cure this little prob myself, I can’t - so getting my wrist issue taken care of here with docs I know is a plus 🤌🏼

Yesterday was a good day ❄️☃️🥾

Things have changed though - just a few days ago I shared that I was going to Indiana for my next travel assignment. In the last 24 hrs, I was offered a different contract, closer to home, and I accepted it 🧡

So, now, Owen is going to have a house girlfriend a bit longer 😜 until it warms up and I move Twiggy back to the campground 🚌 I guess I better go un-pack 🧳
